The second tab is me testing the Points Per Stroke (PPS) on the handicaps - I will not change things retroactively, so since I said 12 PPS for this week, that's what it is. But with a very small sample size (and two outlier ratings shooting very solid rounds - good job folks), it looks like the current layout of Davis Park is 16.75 PPS, to make things fair across all ratings. I won't be updating the PPS for Davis dramatically unless we get more rounds like this.
I'll be doing payouts later this week, or this weekend.
