Good morning everyone! Hope everyone had a good weekend. With registration day past us, David has been working on submitting refunds to those who were charged full price for the wait-list. Thank you all for your patience on that.
With the wait-list, we have already had one player who had to drop out, so we bumped the next person on the waitlist to a spot for the event. If you are promoted from the wait-list to the event, you should receive a notification in your email. We are going to allow players that are promoted 24 hours to complete their registration. If a promoted player does not complete their registration with the 24 hours and we do not hear from you, we will assume that you decided not to play and we will promote the next person on the waitlist. There are a lot of people who want to play and we can't hold spots until the last minute. I hope everyone understands this and is willing to work with it. If you have any questions about registration or promotion from the wait-list, please contact us. We are here to help make this an enjoyable tournament experience.
