As an A-tier, it should be open for practice several days prior to the event per the PDGA rules....

under PDGA tour standards an A tier is only required to be set up 1 day before the event. 1.05 A of the competition manual says to refer to the tour standards for practice rounds

The entire course is a safari-style layout. We are working on getting a practice day for Thursday, 5/6.
