Nicholas Springston Is the glow round mandatory or can we just check in Thursday and be fine for the 3 round weekend?

Also do you know if this event will be spector allowed/friendly? Was unsure of the protocols and hoops jumped through to get sanctioned and approved. Apr 13, 2021
