Do the people in your group have to be from the same division or does that not matter?

Groups can be mixed for a flex start event. The only requirement is that they are playing the tournament.

Brian Wilson are you saying if youre not playing in the Hoosier Hoser then we cant play in the flex start?

No - anyone is welcome to play in the flex start. However, everyone in your group must be playing in the flex start event - you cannot have a casual player with you.
