PDGA allows a 2 week grace period for any rating changes. If a rating changes before that two week grace period that player is expected to compete in the division their new rating dictates. IF it is possible to move that player to that Pool for this event we will but if not they may need to stay in the Pool they registered wth but still compete in the division they are rated for.
