Yeah! In the about section it lays it all out. Per PDGA rules on sanctioning all C tiers have to provide payout/players pack at a minimum of 85% of registration fees. Since this is part of the year long SUDGA Series we take that 15% and apply it to end of year stuff for that series. So registration fees are covering PDGA fees and trophy costs for each division. Open gets payed out via PayPal (or cash when I get to excited at the end of the day to remember), ams get $15 credit to inifinite.
