obviously if it bounces back into the water it is OB but you would take the OB where it hit the wall, there are a few retaining walls that are not at the shore line so if you hit those you never cleared the water so you would go back to where it was last in bounds

According to last years caddie book of you hit the retaining wall you play with a penalty from where the disc hit the wall. Have not seen an updated 2021 caddie book to know if they changed that rule.
