Agreed Roger, late cancelation and we are expected to help eat the expenses of an event we don't get to play. Definitely not all the fault of the staff, but I am disappointed at how it's being handled.

The hope was that the order would be lifted this week. You will get everything back except $10 which is the cost of players pack items , signs, trophies, etc. You still get your players pack as well. If it had been cancelled a month ago those costs would still be sunk. If you truly have a hardship, I am sure they can make an exception since many players are choosing to donate their fees. Imagine spending hundreds of hrs on this and then being asked to eat the costs. Noone on the staff is getting paid.
