I am deeply saddened to hear the news about our friend Gary Pickett and the accident he had this week. He helped pick up tons of trash at this park and helped make Tillman a more beautiful place. He loved that area of Fort Wayne so much, I think he walked there daily with Edgar his dog .I always considered him a friend, as we would always exchange greetings and have great conversations. He had a delightful soul and spirit. Rest easy Gary, you have done so well and finished strong! I would like to see a memorial for Gary, to honor him and contributions to our club/course. Maybe a memorial bridge, plaque, or engraved stone. Thanks Gary for all you did at Tillman, A true local Hero!
