Fort Disc Golf Club hasn’t posted in over 2 years or the website is out of date. And on this site we are missing photos and it has an out of date description. How do I volunteer to keep these pages updated? Also I just moved down the street from Tillman so please hit me up so we can talk about maintenance volunteering.

Gonna head to Tillman at 2 pm today. I might even move a basket or two to a new position. Anyone welcome! I will wait 5 minutes after 2. Any later than that, catch up with me! Parking in P Rays disc golfer/employee of the month spot! By Hole 10!
I see a tourney coming up next week! I will leave the baskets alone!

PSA: I will be moving a couple baskets/tee sign markers after Sunday Dubs at Tilly! Probably Hole 6 and Hole 7.

The one-handed bandit strikes again! I reduced some mulch piles today at Tilly, and squeezed in a round before the rain. The areas that have been mulched, allow the course to look world class. Major props go out the law firm of Sutton and McKim. I remember playing here before the fairways were clearly cut/defined, Tillman has came a long way.
Too busy working, no time for pictures! Plus to operate a camera it takes two hands! I stayed in my lane bro!
Pictures of the course and upgrades can be followed, at Fort Disc Golf Club Facebook page.

Played Tillman yesterday, I have to say it has never looked better. Fort Wayne A-Tier here we come. Several mulch piles have been distributed in the fairways. Help is needed to evenly rake the mulch. This could be done anytime, before a round, during a round , or after a round. A little help goes along way. Thanks in advance. I will be out there later this week. This event is a flex start and finish. :)

I am deeply saddened to hear the news about our friend Gary Pickett and the accident he had this week. He helped pick up tons of trash at this park and helped make Tillman a more beautiful place. He loved that area of Fort Wayne so much, I think he walked there daily with Edgar his dog .I always considered him a friend, as we would always exchange greetings and have great conversations. He had a delightful soul and spirit. Rest easy Gary, you have done so well and finished strong! I would like t ... more
Rest in Peace Gary! You will be missed! Semper Fi!

I Played the Winter Tripps Event at Tillman yesterday. I shanked my drive to the left that landed on the ice/river on hole 3, yellow Nuke(my name and number). I went back after the round to pick it up, and it was gone. Did anyone happen to snag it?
I appreciate the call this afternoon on someone picking up my disc. But the person that called, didn't leave a name or number so I can call back.

I might show up for Donuts and Dubs tomorrow at Tillman, if someone is still looking for a partner.

A BIG THANKS to all who are helping install the tee pads at Tillman Park. There has much back breaking work performed over the past several weeks. This is truly a labor of love for many, and makes disc golf a truly special sport. In my eyes, Tillman Park is the most difficult course within Fort Wayne city limits, and one of the most difficult in the state of Indiana. The sky is the limit here!
Wayne welcome to The Fort and to The Scene! If you want to take some photos at Tillman, go ahead and submit them to Pete Crist. As he works for the PDGA and is The Kingpin for The Disc Golf Scene.
For maintenance opportunities, refer to Fort Disc Golf Facebook page. We have several days that we schedule through out the year for clean up! For maintenance opportunities, refer to Fort Disc Golf Facebook page. We have several days that we schedule through out the year for clean up! Or you can be privateer, and pick up sticks, move deadwood out of fairways, weed whack when course gets hairy, or clean up trash as you play. Thanks in advance for your interest! The better ownership we take of our courses, the better experience we all have! I am a believer, maintenance is like "Paying Green Fees."
Wayne, I caution you on what you posted about our beloved Fort Disc Golf Club.. You might want to slow your roll a little bit.
We are a very active group, and many volunteers donate several hours of their lives, for the better of us all. Rating the club an F, is not a way to make a first impression. Don't based your experience with the club. off of this website.
Hey there Wayne. I think the tendency of this club is to post on Facebook and not as much on this site. Feel free to be the guy who pretties up the Tillman page on here.
@ Samuel @Eric. I would honestly be more than happy to improve this website. I think the F+ rating is fair, as the club created a group on this site but did not add any information about the group on this site, also the information that exists on other sites is not accurate.... I would love to get this updated so I can update my rating to an A+ in the near future!
