There are a couple emails coming your way so be on the lookout (please let me know ASAP if you haven't received any emails from me so I can add you to the list). We DO have a permit for the event and have received confirmation from the city of Chandler that we are still approved to hold the event, even though it is >50 people.
We have a COVID plan on file with the city of Chandler that everyone MUST follow (masks, 6 ft of distancing, minimize congregating).
In an effort to maximize health safety we will be keeping all cards the same both rounds. Additionally, we would like to place people from the same household/social group who have recently spent a lot of time together on the same cards (max 4 per card). Please email both me and Zac ([email redacted], [email redacted]) with the names of your group. If you do not email me I will group people who were registered together.
I will also be sending an updated player program with the course rules for each division, our COVID guidelines, tips for throwing/disc golf, and a list of our generous sponsors and donors. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE ARRIVING ON SATURDAY
