As of 7am, all unpaid players have been removed from the registration list. Those players had anywhere from 10 days to 5.5 months to pay after getting in from the waitlist. Can't wait any longer. There are other people who want to play. Registration will re-open at 8am to fill the freshly opened spots (6 on Saturday, 3 on Sunday).
