Hey Friends,
I have been holding out hope for the Buckeye Classic, but unfortunately I am officially going to go ahead and cancel. After a conversation with the parks department at Alum Creek, I confirmed that they will not be considering park permits until 9/7, and at that point they are going to reevaluate things. It just doesn't seem worth it and both Hoover and Alum are not in the best shape due to the shortage of park personnel. I will try to get the refunds sent out later tonight or tomorrow at some point.
I want to thank Discraft for their continued support and I will plan to keep the players packages and use them for next year. I also appreciate all the support from the players who fill this event up. Maybe next year we can find a way to get more players in!
