Hey folks! Bradley Dixon here getting you an update on the Lion or Lamb Invitational tournament! I have purchased Discover Disc Golf from Todd Hodge and with the purchase, I became the TD for the Lion or Lamb tournament. In the process of getting this tournament back rolling, I hit a roadblock with Alamance Parks, Cedarock Park due to restrictions on gatherings of 90 individuals such as our event. I did some digging and located a beautiful farm that we can safely hold the event for $500.00, only $50 more than what we were going to pay Alamance Parks. The venue is called Wallace Farm and it is in Mebane and features approximately 50 acres of beautiful pasture land surrounded by old growth timber. It will easily hold a 20 hole course with a long tee and a short tee for every hole. The short layout will be par 54 and the long layout will be par 60. All divisions will play one round from long and one round from short layouts. The tournament date is now August 8th. Disc Golf Scene has been updated to reflect this information. The temp course will be open Friday 8-7 for practice for you and your guests. All individuals who come on the property will need to sign a liability waiver.
