"Tomorrow after meeting with the DGPT, we will know what Phase the event will be in. With all the moving parts with COVID, PDGA Best Practices, and DGPT Event level it has been impossible to know and be able to let anyone know anything as we ourselves don’t know how many people we can have on the course. Let alone past experience, anyone that says they can help more than 2 weeks out has been unlikely to actually show up. So, in a few days we will have a very good idea of how it will all end up working... "
