Patrick, at this point, I am working with PDGA to change the date to 28-30 August. There's too many uncertainties with the the pandemic at this time, and my priority is the safety of the participants. Once I secure the new date, players can get a full refund (minus service fee) if they choose to withdraw. As we get closer to the tournament, I will follow the PDGA refund policy found in section 1.03 of the Competition Manual.
