An update for everyone. As of 3/16, we are still planning on running the event as scheduled. OF COURSE THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. If things change for the worse or the park closes we will reevaluate. We are keeping an eye on everything.
As we have been doing at our other events, will will not have a players meeting. Early check in will be available in a large spread out area. Hand sanitizer will be on site. Payout/Awards will be run differently to avoid a large crowd. More details to come.
The WGE ladies only items have already been ordered (limited quantities available) but we are holding to order the regular players pack discs until early April to give more options for refunds if it does come to that. Fingers crossed we can just same "Game on."
