There is 100% refund if the requested before the event fills. After the event fills, if a refund is requested 48 hours before the start of the event (3/7/20, 8:30am) a 100% refund is dependent on filling the vacancy. If the vacant spot isn't filled only 50% of the registration fee will be returned. If the refund is requested within 24 hours of the event starting only 50% will be returned if the vacant spot is filled and no refund if the spot isn't filled (player's package would be available if there is no refund).
