There is 100% refund if the requested before the event fills. After the event fills, if a refund is requested 48 hours before the start of the event (3/7/20, 8:30am) a 100% refund is dependent on filling the vacancy. Yes, you have to register for the waitlist. If you do not get in, I will refund by Monday after the event at the latest.

My last few events that have filled, especially last month's Cracked, I've had a bunch of people drop. This way people are automatically added in the event from the waitlist verses me waiting to hear back from them when a spot opens up. It also means they are serious about coming, becaus ... more

There is a change to my refund policy. This is because of a lot of late requests for refunds leaving open spots in tournaments that have been filled for days before the event happens. It has been keeping me from having a full tournament and keeping people who would want to play from getting in. Here is the new policy:
