2019 Peaks n’ Creeks Club Membership
Welcome to the 2019 PEAKS ‘n CREEKS disc golf club season. This year we will be offering a club package to all paid members. The club package will include the following of 2 options! (First 5 members get a free sticker!)
$30 – Silver Membership
• 1 2019 meatal engraved tag (Red)
• 1 Club custom printed dry fit tee shirt
• 1 Micro fiber disc towel
$40 – Gold Membership
• 1 2019 metal engraved tag (Red)
• 1 Club custom printed dry fit POLO 1 (Tournament approved)
• 1 Micro fiber disc towel
Bonus benefits (Both packages):
o Access to multiple weekly paid/free events.
o Access to private course events at Peterson’s Broken Oak (Scheduled events or by appointment only.)
o Peaks n creeks club merchandise
Membership will be open enrollment starting TODAY thru April 6TH. The last day to sign up will be April 6th and plan to have our first club monthly your tournament April 27th.
Payments can be made via Venmo/Cash App or Cash to your club board members.
