BREAKING: What’s up club. I want to thank you all for taking part in the 2019 season. Its wonderful to see where this club has gone in the last few years. We strive to keep growing and expanding the sport in the greater Lynchburg Area and beyond. the 2020 season offers up many new and loved events and attractions to continue to push our boundaries. Many thanks to the volunteers and active members of this club for making us who we are. In saying that the 2020 Board would like to launch the official club webpage.

Here you will find out new and weekly events along with the long awaited auto updated calendar. There a few other sections to explore like direct links to discgolfscene.com and find local courses. We will also be accepting membership from the site for the 2020 season. I can tell you with the club package this year you will get the newly designed stainless steel laser cut tags. They are already in the works and should be out in early Feb. Other swag and items TBD.
Thanks again and I cant wait to kick off the new Putting League Jan 6th. All are welcome.

Welcome to the 2019 PEAKS ‘n CREEKS disc golf club season. This year we will be offering a club package to all paid members. The club package will include the following of 2 options! (First 5 members get a free sticker!)

$30 – Silver Membership
• 1 2019 meatal engraved tag (Red)
• 1 Club custom printed dry fit tee shirt
• 1 Micro fiber disc towel
$40 – Gold Membership

Attention members. This Sunday we will be cancelling doubles at peaks view to work/play at KP private course in Monroe Va.

We will be looking to start at 10am, bring water/snacks, gloves, and hand tools. After a few hours of work we will play the entire course. Note that if you help KP will allow those who volunteer to play the course at later dates as well.

Hopefully with good weather this upcoming Sat, I'm unsure of the official details of any disc golf playing and/or tournaments at this time. However, I am going to be accepting non-perishable food items to b donated to the local food bank. In the spirit of Christmas, it is important to remember that it is better to give than receive. I hope everyone is willing to give even just a little.

CALLING ALL DISC GOLFERS!! We will be having a course cleanup on Sat Sept 2nd. We will be pour the rest of the tee pads and trimming fairways. Please come out and show your support for this beautiful course the city has given us. Bring plenty of water, clippers, and other hand tools you think necessary.

This will hopefully be the last major course cleanup and install. This course is shaping up to something special. I know there are folks on this page that aren't part of many club activities but we know you enjoy the fruits of the city and clubs labor. So please give us a hand as we are open to anybody and everybody. We want to see this sport and club grow. I promise we don't bite.

Sept 1st will be a small group prepping pads and walkways. But Sat Sept 2nd around 8am is the BIG day we need all the help we can get. So please come out and show your support. Thanks!

KP got the green light to begin course clean up and begin the build of Lynchburgs newest course. The course is currently walkable/playable (no baskets or pads, tees and pins laid out with stakes.) but will need a huge workforce to clear and trim fairways and tighten up the course. A working deal with the city is if we come out and show that we can clear and build the course they will give us the materials and baskets for final install. So lets show the city this club is here to stay!

Saturday, April 1st. 8:00am WILL BE THE FIRST WORKDAY!

Show up to Sandusky Park at 8am with work clothes, gloves, and or any pruning shears or other tools. Most work will be needed clearing cut down brush and triming branches and bushes. Dont forget to bring water and something to munch on. Any questions please contact myslef or KP [email redacted]
