Hi, the process to withdraw is posted on the About tab https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/2018_Orlando_Open_presented_by_Orlando_Disc_Golf on Refund Policy - This event will follow the PDGA prescribed refund policy, found in Section 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds of the Competition Manual. Withdrawals will only be accepted via direct contact with the Tournament Director at [email redacted]. Orlando Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All cancellations made prior to two weeks before the event will be refunded at 100% minus transaction fees. Cancellations made within two to one week before the event will be refunded only if your spot is filled via the waitlist - otherwise, a 50% refund will be processed. Cancellations made within seven to two days before the event will be refunded only if your spot is filled via the waitlist - otherwise, a 25% refund will be processed minus transaction fees. Any cancellation within two days of the event will receive a 25% refund minus transaction fees. Day of cancellations will not be accepted, thus full fee is forfeited. These are relaxed guidelines of Section 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds of the PDGA Competition Manual. Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines.
