Bryan Hutcherson I want to sign up, but not sure if I'll be able to atttend. I'm in the military and supposed to be overseas already, but I'm waiting on a visa. I could be gone by mid feb, but not sure. If I get sent overseas before the tournament can I get a full refund? Jan 31, 2018
