Kincaid
Request was put in to replace old baskets and new timber for borders around the tee pads
Reinforce tees for safety
Thad M. mentioned the course has not had any major work for ten years, so course due for remodel of the course and upgrades.

Peter's Creek
Mach 5 baskets are in and will be installed as soon as ground is soft enough
Piles of sand and wood chips need to be moved/distributed throughout the course
Improve hill path between 5 and 6
Memorial of some kind for Silky on the hill path, Adam in discussion with Greg Rouse and Eagle River P&R

Davis Park
Building materials estimate and impact resubmitted to Elmendorf for course install approval
9 hole course with both am and pro tees and two pin positions per hole
Hopefully raised tee pad beds
Wedged shaped tees and some raised greens with reinforcement

Suggestion was made to clean up and maintenance Westchester in the summer time to show the muni we are committed to the courses

Tournament Schedule
Most of the tournaments will stay the same
Tournament requests dates need to be turned in to Rick the State coordinator by the end of January
Per Rick - Possible new tournaments from Next-gen and Dynamic Discs (Match Play)

Merchandise
Selling online leftover shirts/hoodies from states and season finale. $40-states $35-season finale.
Use sale of shirts to purchase new merchandise. Hats, socks, club discs for membership, looking for suggestions on merch.
Possibly selling leftover tournament discs


Elections
Need an updated list of members with emails – elections to be distributed to 2017 members via Survey Monkey
Nominations need to be in by the 5th of February (next meeting) submitted via email
General Announcements/New Business
Rick-Hilltops' bid for the Women's 2019 Worlds was denied but PDGA would like them to submit the same bid for the 2020 World Masters. PDGA feels it is a better demographic
