A GREAT TIME in AuGres with 20 players, thanks to all that came and played. Could the weather have been any more superior ? Congrats to Joe Caldwell and Chris DeRosier for both scoring 59 to record low scores for the day. Jason Mathe took the top points for the entire summer. Great job to all winners. Almost everyone walked away with some type of prize, thanks to a generous trunk load of contributions ranging from $150.00 cash added, meal gift certificates, grilling sets, kayak rentals and more.from the local businesses. An extreme thank you goes to Anytime Taxi, Northern Automotive, Ali's Up North, Lynch Produce, City of AuGres Riverfront Campground, Modern Craft Winery, Walkers Insurance and The City of AuGres Council, Mayor, City Manager and all of the office staff. The format we played was random draw doubles for 10 holes (1-9 & 20) and single play for 10 holes (10-19). Was it fun or not ? Did it work better or as well as playing 20 holes dubs and 20 holes as singles with lunch in between ?
