I played there yesterday and hole 17 is currently a small pond. Maybe it will be lower by tomorrow but if not what will be the alternative?

does the money for the leauge also include membership into ccr or is that seperate? and is so what are the requirements to become a part of ccr ?

it does not include club membership cost for league is 35. to be a club member, the cost is 15. if you sign up for league and club on same day, cost is 40 ($5 discount)
