I remember hearing in the players meeting that advanced and open will DEFINITELY be playing longs second round and if the last card from the first round was turned in before 12:30 that everyone would play longs.
It is well known that Open and advanced take a little more time and put a little more thought into their shots, sometimes it's needed to play well.
