Doubtful Aaron. Since we are playing without carts, albeit we are spilting up the pools on differet courses, we are fighting a losing battle with daylight. It wasn't so bad at Sunnybrook since we could do awards inside, but this year everything is outside. I don't want to be doing awards and payouts in the parking lot at night, every year we've done awards and it's been dark out even at Sunnybrook. However, after this years test run and depending on the number of participants we could remedy that for next year.

Possibly just for the Open field, depending on how many teams sign up and spacing on out on the course. Of course I won't know that untill the players meeting once we have the board set. It would be strictly just for the Open field playing longs, no one else.

No disrespect meant but leaving it up to a last minute decision may not be a popular decision. I know I most likely will not register if we are playing all shorts or if it is not being decided until the day of. I know its impossible to make everyone happy but I think pros playing longs and everyone else playing shorts should be able to be accomplished in a timely manner.

I'm not saying we won't finish playing in the daylight it's the awards and everything at the end is what I don't want to he doing in the dark. Based on the amount of people registered we'd be fine to play longs
