Another thunderstorm dodging league round for Tuesday night. Seems like we have dodged more than a few storms this season. We may get away with 5:30 starts for another round or two; Watch for 5:15 start announcements.
Tuesday Night League will end on, Tuesday, Sept 1. Sunday morning league will go on for a few more weeks and will end on, Sunday, Sept 13th.
League Year-end Bash will be held on Sunday, Sept 20th. Stay tuned for Bash day festivities - for sure there will be a morning singles round with lots of CTP prizes, Ring O' Fires and a BBQ. Most likely we will do a Doubles round in the afternoon. Always a great time - don't miss the Bash!
GLOW ROUND - looks like we will be holding a glow round on Saturday, Aug 29th. We will be looking for glow setup help and be putting out a signup sheet to get some helpers comitted to glowing up a hole or two. If we get enough people to setup we can get the place glowing in no time - setup for just 30 minutes before sunset. Also, Dollar store sells bracelet 8 packs for a buck - help out and purchase some glow bracelets that you can donate to the cause - bring them to league and give them to me, vijay or Jeff - The more you bring, the more the place will GLOW!!!
You can use bracelets to glow your discs as well or better yet LED's. LED's can be had at BreakinChains:
