UPDATE: FOR THOSE FINISHING THEIR HOLES, PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OUT TO YOUR HOLES. Now that it has rained and forecast for rain through much of the week, we must stay off the main trails. You may park down by the lower bunker to access the course. Thank you.
If you are using the clubs equipment, I need you to schedule it. 2 mowers, 1 weed whacker, 1 push string mower

Our goal is to get the course done by the close of this Sunday so there is a week of good practice on the course. I will not be doing any more work at Kincaid after this coming weekend so I can focus on PC prep. If you are going to be weed whacking I suggest you wear pants and long sleeves. As some of you know, juices from the cow parsnip are reactive to sunlight and will blister your skin. Use hearing protection and safety glasses. I have foam ear plugs if needed.

I will be finishing up some limb trimming today. If you would still like to help or during your rounds, please remove debris piles off the fairways in to the rough in NON DISC LANDING areas. On hole 11, we took out the two "dead" cottonwoods by AM tee and the leaning birch that was about to come down. There is a bunch of bark on the ground that needs to be raked up and moved off the fairway. I would greatly appreciate assistance getting the fairways clear of debris. If we can these piles moved before Weds. then we can have Weds. night Dubs. A big thank you to all who have helped so far. There is some great work done, let's finish the rest of it.

18 is looking sooooooo much better! props to Thad for the help today. couldn't have gotten that far without you. some minor weedwhacking might be helpful, but overall it looked pretty decent when i left. Thad might have the better final word on the state of the hole since he was still going when i left. i plan to be around the course tomorrow around 5:30 to play a round. if a weedwhacker is around and some final touches are necessary i can take care of them.
