Reminder - after Aug 1st leagues have 1 week to add the last rounds and make any corrections to previous rounds before the MiCPS leaderboard locks and our 2015 Michigan Disc Golf League Summer session Champion will be announced. For the DGLA Player members we will then asses the Discraft Michigan Chapionships berth awards and other awards based on the DGLA Player leaderboard.

Note due to Park hours the first few rounds will start earlier and then we will be steady at 6:00PM for the rest of the season, also course could change for special events. Please check the schedule.
Discraft Michigan State Championship berths will be awarded to the top two players who do not already have berths. Check out the www.MDGO.org for more details about these state wide championships. At least one berth will go to the women player with the highest point total between this league and the Ypsi Dubs Sunday ~={CHURCH}=~ league, that does not already have a berth. Best 14 rounds of the 16 round season.
Top Player get their name of the Ypsi Dubs Perpetual Growler trophy.
Top Three players get their name on the Ypsi Dubs Perpetual plague in the lodge at Rolling Hills.
$6 to play per round - Includes the standard CTPs (we add a CTP for every 12 players registered for a given round. Cash or prizes awarded.) Payout after each round.
Optional Ace Pool - $2.00 (Ace pool pays out 50%)
Optional CASH CTPs, 100% & 50/50 - $2.00
We try to have a CTP on every hole for our Highlighted league of the week. Donations are always welcomed ;-) We will have a Pre-round Wobbly Basket for some extra goodies during registration.

We are doing a fundraiser for Alzheimers for the Shelby Crossing Health Campus on July 31. We are probably donating 2 weeks of our ace pool and another side bet. If a player aces, they will get 1/2 of the pool and our club will add $100 to the other half and donate it to the charity. Its also gonna be a blue moon from what I understand too! Hope to see you guys there.

You have never played a glow round until you play with a bunch of rowdy pirates, CHAAAA!! This league is for anyone who loves glow and doesn't mind a little shenanigans on the side!
We are a traveling league with a home port of Bandemere Park located in A2. We will be playing right after 24 Chains Friday League at either the location where the league round was played or the closest place we can play without getting kicked out. We will meet at 10pm and tee off at 10:30pm. We play various formats depending on turn out. Cost to play is free. There will be times we play for $5 a person but it will always be optional. We will also have an optional $1 ace pool that will pay 75%, an optional 50/50 CTP, an optional 100% CTP and depending on turnout, an optional merch CTP. We also are known to play dirty dollars from time to time (all the time).
There are some rule changes from last year so please read below...
Though shenanigans is allowed and even encouraged, excessive displays of shenanigans will not fly as this is supposed to be fun for ALL! Touching a player or their disc or endangering their safety will not be tolerated. This includes throwing things at people shooting & actions that has the potential of making someone fall to the ground. I will ask you to get lost if you become belligerent!
If you get in the way of a player shooting and they hit you, the hit player is considered warned & the thrower gets to re-throw from the spot they just shot from without penalty. If the player in the way gets hit again, the same process happens except the player that was in the way (got hit) will inccur a 1 stroke penalty. If it happens again, 2 strokes and so on. If you are found intentionally trying to hit someone for some stupid reason, I will tell you to get lost, there is no place in this sport for that. As I said, this is supposed to be a fun league, so lets have fun!
This league will be participating in the DGLA Spring/Summer 2015 point series! Show up for some CHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

$7.00 player fee each session
$2.00 ace pool
You do not need to be a member to play this league. We have doubles for intermediate to advanced amatures who play for discs and merchandise. Or you can play singles against the pros for cash.
Weekly entry fees: $1 from each player goes to the finals in September
$7 Am doubles
$7 Pro Singles
Side Bets:
$2 Ace Pool pays 1/2 to non members.
$2 Cash CTP pays cash and 1 league pont.
$2 Club CTP pays discs and merch and 1 league point.
$2 Hot Round pays cash to the player or team with the best score of the night.
Pro division plays singles for cash. The yearly champion wins a nice chunk of change and gets immortalized by getting their name engraved on the infamous Stony Cup.

Am division plays random draw best shot singles for plastic and merchandise. The champion wins a brand new portable premium basket.
The top 6 players with the most points will make the playoffs at the end of the season.
Ladies will have a playoff for the league title at the end of the season. Team Stony will add $2 per female discer who plays with us to the ladies finals purse. The top two ladies will playoff for the cash.
2015 point system:
1 point for playing
1 point for winning one or more side bets (excluding the hot round side bet)
2 points for beating at least half the field
2 points for an ace
4 points for a win
Optional $25 membership gets you a dry fit tee shirt or polo, acrylic bag tag, club towel, 100% of the ace pool if you ace. (Non members get 1/2). Dunhams/Team Stony discount card and its a playoff tie breaker also. You can become a member any time during the season but to get the shirt, towel and bag tag you need to get in before May.

In past years it's only for DGLA members. Top 2 get the Berths, if someone already has one it goes next in line for who don't have one if they choose to take it.
