To those of you who didn't show up because of the "weather", you missed out. Just sayin'! The weather definitely looked sketchy upon arriving but mellowed out once the player's meeting ended.
- The Ace Fund is up to $61 and belongs to Chad Rutledge.
- The CTP will be on #4 tonight. The group that starts on #3 is responsible for taking it out. The group that starts on #5 is responsible for bringing it back in. The CTP is worth one prepaid league, possibly more.
- Som Bouasri won last weeks CTP on #3 for a sweet DGA Breaker sponsored by the Grouse himself. Thanks for hooking it up, Greg!
- Please remember that if you show up AFTER the cards have been drawn you will not be able to play. Prepaid leagues can save you from this. We had our first rejection last week. I hate to do it (especially to good people like him) but I set rules in place whenever there's a problem. Don't let this happen to you!
- USE SPOTTERS!!! In case you haven't noticed, Kincaid is all grown up now. Nobody likes looking for plastic... especially when you're not the one who threw it.
- The 3 Minute Rule is a good rule. Again, nobody like looking for plastic. Once the entire group is looking for a missing disc, I EXPECT someone from the other team to call 3 minutes. I know most of us are buddy-buddy but once you start slowing down other groups know you've done wrong. Call it!
- This Saturday is the Trilogy Challenge at Alcantra.
