I would like to thank everyone for making the LP Open 2015 such a huge success! We couldn't have done it without our sponsors and all the help from Lincoln Park DGC, Chain out Disc Golf,  Dave Skidmore, Mike Kemp, and Cristina & Robert Crosby.
This was the new clubs first event and couldn't have done it without you all! Only one small bump along the way, that was a very easy fix wasn't handled very well by either party and I apologize to everyone for that. Organizing a event of this size is not easy, so small mistakes are going to happen occasionally. It is how the issue is approached and handled.  The error was made right and the ace pool was then split between 3 players and their payouts were rounded up to $30 each to make up for the mistake.  On that note,  I would like to personally apologize to Jim K for the way I reacted to his actions at the awards ceremony.  Both of our actions were uncalled for and I immediately gave Jim a private apology and explained what had  happened and it was made right. Again,  I am truly sorry for the mistake and my choice of words.  Jim and everyone else are always welcome to the events that we host at Lincoln Park.
