Here is a quick listing of the Highlighted Leagues of the Week for next week to help your plan your double point exploits for the week. We have a HLW on every day but Friday this next week some place in Michigan - Luv'n it.
Also there will be prizes for 3 of the 4 monthly leaderboards for the top spots - Wins, Rounds, Leagues & in addition Most HLW played for the same period. These prizes are available for all players not just the Player Level members - thanks to the Player level members and others who have contributed to make this possible. This will also occur for the Month of July.

Lost Disc Tribe will be hosting it's summer league session at Big Portage Lake every Sunday beginning April 6th, 2014 and ending on August 24th, 2014. The format is random draw doubles. Summer bag tags are being made and will be available at the Bag Tag Challenge on 5/3/14. We encourage everyone who plays disc golf to come out and participate! Disc golfers of all levels will be present and there's always the chance that you'll win some $$$. Only $1 of the league round fee goes into the club, the rest is divided up amongst the winners. We will also continue our optional "you-pick" CTP for $2. It's going to be a great season, and a lot of fun!

Year 2 of random draw doubles at Pioneer Trail Park in Escanaba Michigan. Tuesday nights starting at 6 p.m.
$15 One time league fee. Each league member will receive a disc. Proceeds will be used to cover scorecards, pencils, and other things needed to run Leagues.
Each member who pays the $15 will receive a Bag Tag to be used for different challenges throughout the league year.. The number one tag wins a year end Bag Tag trophy. Prizes @ year end.

This is the OLDEST Metro Detroit disc golf league. Last year was a huge success, thanks to the motor city chain gang and zeteter for all their help and support. This is a Doubles league that traditionally run a best shot format, we may have some fun with layouts and how we draw partners this season ( still in the works ). Sponsors on board for this year as always Motor City Chain Gang, new this year is Wolf Pack Discs who will have plenty of donations all season. Ted and Louis are at the helm again so if there are any questions or comments please feel free to ask.

No fee to play in this league
Genesis Goldenrod Doubles is a random draw doubles league on Thursday evenings at Goldenrod Disc Golf Course running from early April until the end of September and is put on by the Flint Town Flyerz Disc Golf Club. There is an optional side bet of $5 and $1 for the ace pool. As we did last year, to raise money for baskets for a possible new course in Genesee County, teepads and other course improvements and needs, there will be a $1 mandatory donation/wk/player regardless if you get in on the side bet. We will be starting at 5pm for the first few weeks of the season until sunset gets to be later then we will start at 6pm. The date/time of the time changes will be posted and announced prior to the change.
******Rules in reference to inclement weather are as follows*********
Dangerous Weather: If a league round is canceled in the middle of play due to bad/dangerous weather, those who placed a bet (paid $5) are already paid for the following week ONLY not a week of your choosing. This includes ace pool. The bets of those who were at the canceled round who can not make it to the following week will be added to that weeks payouts. Anyone who comes the following week who were not there or did not make a bet treats the week like normal.
If an ace is hit during the round but the round is canceled and not completed the ace pool does not get paid out.
