Independence Lake Park is the best choice for clear tee pads. The PARK shovels and salts both longs and shorts!! They drive this big machine around the course and while they clear the pads they also pack down a walking path between holes. If any other park in the world does this then I have never heard of it. Gotta love Indy in the winter.
Mark do you know if they are going to put up the picnic loop in this winter?
Is it maybe a cross country ski trail groomer?
No idea on the picnic course ( or as Yogi Bear would say the 'pick-in-ick" course). No idea on the identity of the machine which makes the paths. They seem rather narrow so maybe a snowmobile?
