I see the O.B. rules may seem typical to locals, but out-of-town players may not understand in the players meeting. Might be a good idea to print off O.B. rules to go with the score cards. Seems to be that tournament directors assume someone on the card will know the O.B. rules but an available sheet avoids debate on the course.
