Huge congratulations to Mr. NOAH BROWN (for being the youngest) winner ever of the DGOD ACE RACE 2013!! I have word from a very credible source, that when asked before the tourney Noah actually predicted an Ace on hole 13 of The Highlands and BAMMM!! We have a Winner!! Noah's very FIRST ACE EVER and its a big one!! My group was waiting on hole 7 right next to the Champ when he let loose his disc, down the slight hill and left. A bit short BUT the skip Ace hit chains and goes in!! Witnessed by about two dozen Peeps, our Champion received high five's, loud cheers and many congratulations on his first Ace. Although the players pack this year is very nice, the event was made even greater to see the Youth of disc golf shine on such a big stage!! THANK YOU to Dan Brown and Family for being our "First Family" of local disc golf!! If its not DGOD, its just playing disc golf!! Thanks to Discraft, Bob Hornings and his Crew of tireless workers the best venue to play disc golf in the Pacific Northwest, The Quesidilla King for the great food all weekend (breakfast, lunch and dinner...even late night goodies!!. To Oregon Disc and Wildlife for the planets best Glow Disc layout!!! To the more than 125 players who came out to participate in the Ace Race...Thanks for making this one of the best Discraft Ace Race's ANYWHERE!!!! See you next year at the 5th Annual DGOD Ace Race 3014!!!
