One last note: I am moving start time up to 9am. We can't have the big shelter for that day, and the other nice-ish one is first-come, first-served, so we're going to try to stake our claim to the shelter near holes 8 & 9.

The only date available around that time of year for the big shelter is 8/31, but before I could react to that new information from the city, Warren scheduled their event for then, so I don't want a conflict.
