Hey Golphers!
We are holding a benefit disc golf tournament at Joe Moody park on March 30th. The benefit is for JR Cook who is battling
stage 4 colon cancer. JR (John R) Cook, 34 years old, was diagnosed on Nov. 13th 2012 with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. He is
undergoing chemo treatments (currently on #7 of 12 treatments). If the chemotherapy does its job, JR will have surgery and
enjoy living a life in this beautiful world. John says “Please know that anything donated will be greatly appreciated, even a
prayer. There is only one goal, REMISSION and beating this cancer.†If you can't make it out to the tournament but would still

Tournament Details
Saturday, March 30th with registration at 8:30am and starting at 9:00am.
The entry fee will be $10.00 and all proceeds will go directly to his fund.
We will have prizes donated by Key Chains Bike and Disc in Ft. Walton Beach.
We will have a closest to the pin prize and hope to have a Discraft Zombee disc to raffle.
