Joe Monteith aced hole 4 on the Chuck D Course this weekend to take down the $230 ace pool. Joe generously donated $36 (one for each hole) back to the Ace Pool so we are not starting from zero. Thanks buddy, you roc. Joe also earned himself 50 extra points in the Ann Arbor Cooperative Points Series (A2CoPS).
There is quite a battle going on right now for the title of “Best Player in the World†(or Ann Arbor at least, which puts you in the running for world) with Bob Smart jumping out to a commanding 31 point lead. We shall see if he continues to golf once the temperature drops below freezing.
To beat Bob, show up to an officially sanctioned A2CoPS event: Noon Saturdays at Independence Lake, 10am Sundays at Rolling Hills or 7pm Wednesdays (Glow) at Bandemer Park.
