Here is what we have worked out so far:
This is the 1st of the Metro Detroit Series events so it will be a Pro C / AM B Tier event.
We are not making this into a 24 hole layout - 18 holes - field capped at 80 players.
We will try to get the course in as soon as possible however, I am not taking 3 or 4 vacation days to install then take down each day so people can play the course early. If people want the course to go in daily just in case a random group of people show up then we will have to strategize a plan on a group who is willing to help out install then take down the course each day. Initially, I will talk to the owner at Sunnybrook and see what he can do with his team.
We agreed on an all-day price for carts which the PDGA agrees with so everyone will be riding.
The layout of the course will be very similar if not the same as the Turkey Open however, we will be adding in alternate tees for the lower divisions on specific holes so they will not be throwing 1000 foot holes like the AM1 and Open divisions.
I am working to get more info and as soon as I get it I will post here.

Just to reiterate - the field will be capped at 80 players - cashless pre-reg may not guarantee you a spot...
