Tournament HQ: Tournament HQ will be set up at Top Flat Campsite. Google it or check your email for the link
This will be where Tournament staff will be based as well as the Vendor village.
Schedule:
Friday 29th May - Course open for practice and KBB Doubles Flex Start opens at 11am

Saturday May 30
10:30am - 11:30am - Check In collect players pack
11:30am - 11:40am - Players Meeting
12:00pm - 4:00pm - Round one Shotgun Start
Sunday May 31
9:00am - 1:00pm - Round two Shotgun Start
1:00pm - 4:20pm - Social event at Tournament HQ. Ace Run with refreshments provided.
Monday June 1
9:00am - 1:00pm - Final Round Shotgun start
2:00pm - 3:00pm - The Kings Champions will be crowned. Prize giving will be held @ the completion of the round once any playoffs have been done and Tournament staff have concluded all related administration.
Scoring:
Scoring will be via the PDGA Live app.
Please note with new NZDG and PDGA Oceania guidelines ALL PLAYERS must keep a scorecard for every round.

Event Parking: Top Flat - Left side Grass area - The road to top flat will be blocked please put the cones back when you drive through.
Layouts:
MPO,MA1,MA2,MA3,MA40,MA50 - Caddie Book for Standard Layout are Live on UDisc
Female and Junior Divisions - Caddie Book for Modified Layout are Live on UDisc
Hole notes and distances will be in the PDGA scoring app during the round. The Layout follows the Mclarens 21 hole layout with a few basket placement changes.
As per PDGA Rule 811.A "It is the responsibility of the player to play the course correctly" Please familiarize yourself with the above caddie books and if you have questions please raise them at the players meeting prior to round 1.
Amenities
Toilets and Drinking Water are available by Tournament HQ and Pin Oak campground.
