About this tournament

Disc Events Inaugural Tournament and what we intend to be our flagship Event.
In the heart of the off season with a high possibility of inclement weather.
Tournament layout ready for practice rounds from midday Friday 29th May, please give way to tournament staff.
Disc Events Doubles available to play on the U disc app from Midday Friday till 11am Saturday.
Log a score with your partner and go into the doubles lucky draw, for more info and rules see the U disc event.
U disc Singles layout also available for play.

We have managed to negotiate an onsite parking area and tournament HQ for this event so no long walk from the horse float carpark before and after your round.
Details about this location will be posted over our social networks #insta #fb and will also be in your players briefing email.

Disc Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 30th April 2026.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 16th May 2026.
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm on 16th May 2026 will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled with the waitlist.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dgscene and paypal fees.
All optional "ADD ONS" are non refundable. Should any of the optional add on's be unavailable due to stock restrictions from the supplier then you will be refunded accordingly, colours of some items may be subject to change according to stock availability from supplier.
All Refunds will be processed post event.
