CHECK-IN
Check-in with Rob at the metal barn that is 50’ from Hole 1. It is at the very end of the driveway, just west of the house but east of Hole 1.
BREAKFAST
Darrin’s daughter will be selling breakfast items before the round. I believe it’s bagel type items (sandwiches, etc.), water, sports drinks, etc. I think the prices will be $2-$5 depending on item. Bring small bills.
LATE WITHDRAWAL / NO-SHOW
To cancel, text or call your name and team name, with comment you are canceling to 785-764-2229.
PARKING -
Due to the recent rain, park along 303rd Street. Darrin has mowed both sides of the road to make room.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms will be available at the house before the round. If you need to use it during the round, go to the front door and knock. Mrs. Clauder will then let you in.
SCORING
We are using one paper scorecard per hole. Your score cards are pre-made with your team name and can be picked up during check in. You should take turns on who takes score. Ideally, each person scores 3 holes. You will need to complete the ‘Team Order’ and declare which holes your team member will tee off on holes 7-12. I made this video to help explain.

COURSE CONDITIONS
The course is wet. There is standing water on a couple of holes but luckily they did not affect holes 13-18 for the Tough Shot. You can take casual relief if your disc is in the water as long as it’s on the line of play and farther back from the basket.

PLAYER PACKS
Amateurs will receive a Maverick Disc Golf towel. There is also payout for the top 40%.
For Pros, this event is payout only. The pay tables are attached to this email (or under pictures on dgscene).
WATER
I intend to bring a water cooler to the course, BUT bring enough water for yourself. The water on the course is intended as a backup.
AWARDS / PAYOUTS
I have 3 medals for First Place for both Pro and Amateur winners. Ties for First Place will play off using Best Shot format and starting on Hole 1. If it goes longer than 6 holes, it will remain best shot until a winner is decided.
Amateur Payouts are redeemable at the store. Unless you tell me otherwise, they will be listed per player, not per team. Review the pay table and divide by 3 for the per player payout.
All payout vouchers for all Maverick DG vended tournaments in 2026 expire 12/31/2026.
Pro Payouts - Ideally I want to write checks at the tournament. This way I can pay each person individually. If I pay via PayPal, it will be Goods & Services and would REALLY like to pay it out to the same person that paid for the entry.
