Per the event policy listed in the About section, your withdrawal request was submitted on April 1st (the week of the event). At that point, refunds are no longer available.

For reference, here is the policy:

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
• On or before March 3: Full refund minus up to $10 handling fee.
• March 4 – March 19: Full refund minus $10 only if the spot is filled from the waitlist. If not, TD may provide 50% refund or player pack (minus shipping).
• March 20 – April 1: Refund only if spot is filled from the waitlist. If not, TD may provide 25% refund or player pack (minus shipping).
• April 1 or later: No refunds.

Just as an observation, the policy as it reads is a little confusing.

If someone submitted a withdrawal request on April 1, that would seem to fall into both of the last bullet pointed dates of March 20 - April 1 which says "refund only if spot is filled from the waitlist. If not, TD may provide 25% refund or player pack (minus shipping)" AND April 1 or later which says "no refunds." Those two groups contradict each other as far what happens for any potential refund but April 1 overlaps both date ranges.
