As of now.. the round will not be rated since not everyone played in the same conditions... some finished before dark, others finished in the dark. 6 players decided not to finish out in the dark, the rest did. The point will count, we will do a make-up round for ratings.
And I'm one of those people who added the 6 additional holes and couldn't be happier about it. But it's a public park that is free to play. Unless I pull all the baskets there's not much I can do. I will put up a sign asking people to allow faster groups to play through but when you're dealing with drunk idiots, signs don't do much.
