1. I’ll get an email out closer to the event, but there is a good chance it will be only property line OB, and everything else is play it as it lies. It’ll probably be normal 18, with BWF19 to the practice basket, and a version of hole A which is to 11’s long basket.
2. I definitely take pairing requests into consideration for round 1, especially for people who haven’t played any or many tournaments. For round 2, I generally reshuffle people how PDGA recommends (by scores within their division, so that people can compete), but depending on division numbers, there are usually multiple cards with mixed divisions.
