- Hole A: temp tee pad from gravel path to Hole 11 Long.
- Hole 19: BWF dirt tee pad to practice basket.
- Island on 13 will NOT be in play. No Mandos, No Drop Zones, No Hazard, No OBs.
Players will receive a Discraft Cigarra (in Jawbreaker Z) with tournament stamp
$24.99 value from $17 ($28 registration-$11 pass through) = 147% value
$11/player pass through fees:
$50 PDGA Sanctioning
$50 PDGA Insurance
$500 Course permitting through Foothills
$3/player to PDGA
+ additional $15 for non-current PDGA memberships

Mark Nagao (BWF) is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
All withdrawals/refund requests within 2 weeks of the event are subject to a 50% penalty, unless that spot is filled.
All withdrawals/refund requests within 48 hours of the event is subject to a 100% penalty, unless that spot is filled.
$5 Waitlist Fee is non-refundable. It will go towards the event registration if the player registers.
