i dont disagree, but the city has made it know that they dont want a group of "kids" going out doing what ever they want to the course like its their own backyard. I honestly understand their point. As far as picking up sticks and taking care of overgrown parts that have been addressesd previously i dont see an issue with that. There also needs to be tracking with what needs to be done and new projects moving forward. If we have new ideas that we want to do they need to be addressed to parks and rec. I understand your frustration as far as having a governing body, or people having the excuse that they are only going to help on cleanup day ("when there is a group"). but the club needs to have someone in charge of course maintenance period. The biggest reason for this is when no one is in charge nothing gets done, this has already been proven in muscatine.
